The front staff at the Imperial Riverbank Hotel were absolutely marvelous! During check-in, they efficiently verified my debit card for the room deposit. On the day of check-out, they noticed a double charge on my card and immediately chased after me, even though I was already inside a Grab car, to inform me and collect my details for reimbursement. I truly appreciate their dedication and excellent service!
